FAMILY GIVING STILL NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT!
It has been an amazing school year at New Tech High so far, with several fundraising successes already completed. Our students are thriving in our technology-rich classrooms, and displaying outstanding academic and communication skills. Our seniors are getting accepted to colleges across the state and country. In addition to La Strada, the Online Auction, and the upcoming Golf Tournament, we rely on Family Giving contributions to cover our annual operating deficit to support our unique culture and high tech program.
Every year New Tech asks that all families make a donation to keep our technology and wireless computing program alive. If every family were to donate $500 per year, we could ensure the continuation of a virus-free, wireless, one-on-one computing environment, including free student access to computers and printers.
Thank you to all of the families who have already given to our 2011-12 Family Giving Program. We have received $43,800, with close to 25% of our families having contributed. We are asking the other 75% of our families to please consider making their annual contribution in the coming weeks. Our goal is for 100% parent participation in our Family Giving Program.
