California State Testing

Birds are chirping, wildflowers abloom...that means California State Testing season is here!

All students grades 9-11 will be participating in California State Testing from April 23rd through May 16th. These tests are one way to measure a student's understanding of content standards in California.

Please help your student prepare for testing in the following ways:

• Students should strive to be to school on time.
• Encourage students to get plenty of sleep.
• Encourage students to do their best on the tests.
• If possible, provide a healthy breakfast.

New Tech wants all of its students to be successful with critical thinking skills, and to be able to represent their learning within a traditional testing modality.
