Our Penguin Parent Club is having difficulty this year finding parents willing to help with events, fundraising, and specifically, leading other parents. Will you please consider donating some of your valuable free time to help us raise money for your child's school? We need many parents to work together to make this fundraiser a success. Please Consider taking a coordinating role. We have been doing this event for long time, and all you will need to do is follow directions!
Calling all golfers! Our annual golf Tournament, The Spring Swing, is scheduled for March 5 at the Vinters' Golf Club in Yountville! Entry into the tournament is $125 per person or $500 for a team of 4. Early Bird Registration is available until January 30th for $450 per team. Call your friends and join us on the links for a fun day golfing to benefit the students and teachers of New Tech! E-mail nthsgolf@gmail.com with your name and intention to play by January 30th to take advantage of the Early Bird registration or to volunteer to help out at the tournament!
Thank you to all the parents who have volunteered to help our school in the fall! Specifically: Thank you Carol Hall, who cleaned out and organized P7, our school storage room (We are not worthy). Thank you Stephani Stephenson, who coordinated the All-School Holiday Pot Luck. Thank You Wendi Moore for coordinating panelists for classrooms. Thank you Gloria Vega and Lety Vasquez for all of your work on the Ultimate Frisbee Tournament in October! Thank you Carolyn DeFur for stepping in to help out wherever its needed and at the drop of a hat! And thank you to everyone who stepped in to help out when your PPC President was overwhelmed with her first semester of Graduate School!
