Service Trips to Central America: For the third year, New Tech is sending a team of students to Nicaragua to volunteer in elementary schools for impoverished and orphaned children through the organization Outreach360.org. This year we're expanding our efforts by sending 2 simultaneous teams, one to Nicaragua and the other to Outreach's founding school in the Dominican Republic.
Just in time for the holidays: To help raise funds, students are selling cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil from Ternero Farms, a small family business that sells out every year.
