Hello Everyone,
As always, New Tech High is a busy place.
Here’s what is coming up:
Progress Reports: You should be receiving the last progress report for the 2014-15 school year. Please review them carefully with your students. There are eight weeks left in this semester and with the good weather and spring activities, students often put their studies on the back burner. Please help them stay on top of their studies by reviewing ECHO for school assignments and due dates.
Annual Golf Tournament: Tomorrow is the big day. Spring Swing festivities begin at 12:30 pm at Vintner’s Golf Club in Yountville. Included in the day …. Golf, auction, dinner, music and dancing. There are still spots for a few more golfers. Show up at 12:30 with a team or less and we will fit you in. If you are not a golfer, but would like to join us for dinner, show up at 5:00 pm. This will give you time to take a look at the silent auction items and join in the fun. This event raises money to support the learning at New Tech High.
Super Saturday: This Saturday, April 10th, will be the next Super Saturday at New Tech.The day begins at 8:15 am and ends at 12:15 pm. This is a great opportunity for students to get schoolwork done and get additional assistance from teachers.
Ultimate Frisbee Tournament: The spring Ultimate Frisbee Tournament will be Saturday, April 18th, beginning at 9:00 am at Redwood Middle School. This is a great day. Come see teams from Northern California complete.
La Strada Dell’Arte: Saturday, May 2nd is the day slated for our Annual La Strada Dell’Arte. This is a chalk art festival with professional and student work. There are a variety of booths that will meet at least one of your needs or desires, a silent auction and a drawing featuring Bottlerock tickets. Please save the date!
