Some of your fellow New Tech Parents are hard at work organizing this year's New Tech Golf Tournament; The Spring Swing. The Tournament is a fundraiser for New Tech with all of the proceeds going to support our children's education. It will be held at the Vintner's Golf Course in Yountville on Saturday, April 11th. The organizing committee is reaching out today for your help.
First, please consider this a personal invitation to join in the fun! There is no such thing as a bad day golfing, and a day golfing to support your child's school is even better! After the tournament, we will continue the festivities with an awards dinner, live music by and Howell Mountain Boys!
Second, please consider these additional ways you can help.
1. Donate to the silent auction. When you are putting together your donation to the auction, think of how to make it special. If there is any way that you or your employer can add value to a silent auction item through personalization or augmentation, our attendees will be likely to bid more, which greatly improves our earning potential. No item is too big or too small!
2. Donate a bottle to our instant wine cellar: Donated family bottles will be raffled off to a lucky winner! Parents will be on the street in front of the playground during the week of March 23-27 to collect bottles.
3. Sponsorships: For $150 you can sponsor a hole on the golf course. This sponsorship gets you signage at your sponsored hole and mention in our tournament materials. For $500 you can sponsor a team. You will receive signage at your sponsored hole, mention in our tournament materials, and entry for a foursome of golf!
4. Buy a table at the Awards Dinner. For $380 you can be the sponsor of a table for 8! Your table sponsorship will include entry for 8 at the Awards Dinner, signage at your table and mention in our tournament materials.

Please find the attached donor solicitation letter that could be used to solicit a donation from yourself, an employer or friend. All donors will receive a letter from the school's non-profit foundation, the Friends of New Tech (FONT), for their tax-deductible donation.
