Hello Everyone,
November has been an exciting month for New Tech High
Last Friday, the Leadership students had a Bake Off at lunch. Parents and staff contributed their best and most popular desserts. During lunch, while 40's music played, students and staff voted tickets for their favorites and 3 winners were chosen. I t was a good, yummy fundraiser. Look forward for news about the spring baking event and joins us.
Saturday, November 7th , was the Ultimate Frisbee Tournament. New Tech High hosted fourteen high schools from the South Bay to Sacramento. It was an all day tournament and New Tech High took the top prize, by remaining undefeated for the entire tournament. Go Penguins!
The FONT Annual Wine Auction closed Sunday, November 9th. It was another great year for the Wine Auction. FONT raised more than $15,000 and wine will be delivered next week. Thank you to all for your donations and purchases.
Come see our first play of the year. Midsummer "Jersey" will be playing at the NVUSD District Auditorium, November 14 & 15 at 7:30 pm and November 16 at 2:00 pm. Students/Seniors --$8.00 and Adults - $10.
Winter Break and the end of Fall Semester are right around the corner. Check in with your students about any missing homework they may have, as the Fall grading period will conclude Friday, December 12. Please consider participating as a Panel member for student presentations.
