Hello New Tech Parents
This is it—the BIG EVENT!
La Strada dell' Arte happens this Saturday from 10 to 4 PM.
This is a call for volunteers and items for the event.
We still need volunteers to man the event and to set up and tear down.
There will be a volunteer assignments made on Friday night from 5 to 7 PM in the cyber café.
We will cover site plan & assignments for Saturday.
If you are unable to make this meeting, please come to New Tech on Saturday at 8 AM and check in at Volunteer services.

We also need to borrow some things for the day.
We need ice in large ice chests (to arrive on Saturday morning before 10)
For Saturday we need to borrow pop up tents, market umbrellas with stands, heavy-duty, long extension cords and walkie-talkies. We also need a soundboard mixer for out performance stage and dollies and piano dollies.
We will have volunteers at the curb on Yount Street in front of the school to receive the things you bring on Friday morning, Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning.
