Have You Ever Heard About BEST?

BEST stands for Building Effective Schools Together.  The New Tech BEST committee for 2013 is made up of representative from parents, students and staff.  The BEST team is charged with implementing the district wide approach to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support by integrating them into New Tech’s uniques culture.

But what does that really mean?  BEST is an organizational program for how students and staff should act, so that in every school environment Trust, Respect and Responsibility are practiced and modeled.  The end result being a safe, inclusive campus climate where strengths, shared values and differences are accepted and celebrated.
