12th grade news:
"Graduation Status Letters" went home with all 12th graders! Parents please sign and return them to the office as soon as possible if you still need to :).

9TH-11TH GRADERS
"Course Request Packets" went home a few weeks ago. Please return signed Registration Course Request Cards, if your student received extra time to complete this process!
COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS:
If your student has completed a college class please have them print an unofficial transcript and have them bring it to the "Registrar's Office." Mrs. Cherrington will continue to update transcripts.

A message for parents. Happy new year to all! The following is a quick summary of what has been occurring through the counseling office. The beginning of this semester has been busy completing APEX Contracts for "Credit Recovery" or "Grade Improvement," a comprehensive "Transcript Review" also took place with all students. Graduation requirements, College Entrance Requirements, and the Introduction to NAVIANCE, took place last month. Please see some specific details pertaining to each grade level.
12th grade parents:
Please follow up with your 12th grader about their College Class Registration. We reviewed 12th grade transcripts two weeks ago to review graduation requirements. Please remind them to print their Napa Valley College Transcripts and to submit to the "Registrar's Office." Mrs. Cherrington will be updating transcripts this week and we must have them as soon as possible. College transcripts were do at the beginning of this semester, back in January!
9th -11th grade: A quick update for parents!
Transcripts Review took place earlier in January. We reviewed graduation requirements, College Entrance Requirements, and introduced NAVIANCE. Parents please follow up with your student about their "Transcript Review." They brought a copy home to share with all of you! Also, check out NAVIANCE. Your student was asked to complete a "Personality Test." By completing this "Personality Test" they will have successfully completed their first "Internship Assignment." Have them share their results with you! Your student has also been working on their "Portfolio." All students were asked to create a google folder named "Portfolio." Please have them share with you the work they have entered into this folder so far.
