Penguin Parent Club Update

The New Tech Parent Club met on Dec. 13, 2011 and discussed the following items:

• Fundraising Dollars earned for La Strada and for the On-Line Wine Auction.
• Friends of New Technology High (FONT) Budget - revenues and expenses.
• Apex Courses for NT Students.
• College Night - January 13, 2012 - FAFSA
• The need of a Parent Club President for the school year 2012-2013.
• Voted on Parent Club Spending - total of $1,150.00.
• Discussed a proposal for Field Trip disbursements.
• Family Giving Thank You/Tax Receipts to be mailed Dec. 27, 2011.

I would like to encourage every parent to attend a Parent Club meeting - your input is important!
