Puertas Abiertas has partnered with the Latino Community Foundation and the Chicana Latino Foundation both from San Francisco to offer a Technology Fair in Napa with the primary goal to help the Latino community connect to the internet.
They will be offering low cost options and assistance to apply for the service.
