Dear Parents,
Our final newsletter for the 2012-13 school year, and what an amazing year it has been. Thank you for selecting New Tech for your students, and for all of the contributions of time and resources that you've made to our school. New Tech is great because of the investment made by parents, local businesses, and the community. It has been my honor to be a part of this phenomenal school, and I'm looking forward to the next school year!

On Friday, May 24th we had our annual Student Scholarship and Curricular Awards Ceremony. It was very well attended by parents, local businesses and service organizations, and community members. Many of our students were recognized for their outstanding work. Our small class of 62 seniors were awarded a whopping $43,875 in scholarships! Congratulations to all of our award recipients. Thank you to the parents who donated so generously~ treats, drinks, decorations, time~ and made the event such a special affair.
I'll see you at Memorial Stadium for graduation on Tuesday, June 4th at 7:00 pm. Seniors are required to attend practice at 4:00 pm.
