Dear Parents,
Our semester has concluded, with much success on the part of our students who have worked so hard and accomplished so much. Enjoy your three week vacation. School starts up again on Tuesday, January 10, 2012. I want to extend a sweeping thank you to all of you parents who have given so much to our school this year. Thank you for your family giving donations, and for all the other donations of materials and money you have made throughout this first semester. I especially want to thank you for all of the time you have contributed to our school and our events; thank you for attending our Back to School night, LaStrada, college info nights, and our student sponsored dances and events. A giant shout out goes to all of you who have sat in classrooms as panelists during student presentations, or who have joined us as a guest speaker or as a student mentor. This list could go on and on! New Tech is truly a community and family-supported school, and we are so fortunate and appreciative to all of you.
Freshman parents, as is tradition, when your students return in January they will be given a new schedule. Many freshman have been moved into a different section so that our freshman class remains blended, and that the students get to ALL know each other. This swap always proves to be beneficial for our students.
